Answer: Good question! Paid to Play, Inc. was started by a man (Husband and Father of one Baby Girl then – Husband and Father of two Beautiful Girls now. One 10 and the other 5), who after a near fatal car accident, was left in wheelchair for almost 6 months. An avid online Spades player, in between being a top insurance agent for Mutual of Omaha, he was, for the most part, confined to the couch with his laptop, playing online Spades to pass time until he could walk/go back to work again.
As the weeks passed and the bills came in but the paychecks did not, times grew tough. One evening his wife, a very supportive and caring woman, walked passed the living room, saw him on the couch playing spades (Again, he could not walk), and said, “It’d be nice if you could get paid to play Spades”. That hurt, but he understood her frustration.
Later that evening he started thinking… “Get Paid to Play Spades… Hmmm”. In the next few weeks he had found a pay software company, which, if he agreed to place the ad software, which displayed ads on his screen while online/playing games such as Spades, he would be paid.
